The Balanced Scorecard is a methodology that helps organizations to monitor and control by means of indicators measuring the implementation of strategic objectives within the financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth. The Personal Balanced Scorecard is related to the mission and personal vision, with the critical success factors, to their personal objectives, goals and personal performance measures, with the shares of personal improvement, focusing on financial stability (financial perspective ), a good relationship with coworkers, family, friends and others (customer perspective), good health physical and mental (internal process perspective), ability and learning capacity (learning and growth perspective).
