can not apply a strategy that can not be described, that can not be aligned, that can not be focused, that can not be managed. The strategic map of the Balanced Scorecard is a way to describe the strategies. The strategy map provides a basis for designing a scorecard, which in turn represents the cornerstone of a strategic management system. The cause-effect relationships of strategy maps show the changes in intangible assets based on tangible results and create shareholder value by measuring non-financial intangible assets and through quantitative indicators such as market share, innovation, customer satisfaction, etc., creating synergy in the business units. But the strategic map will not solve the problems of the organization if not managed the strategy. Lack
manage strategy in a learning organization because:
1) Employees do not realize the strategies the organization will implement.
2) Employees do not have a personal dashboard.
3) There is a good system of compensation and incentives for employees.
4) There is transformed strategies in the daily work of all.
5) There is synergy in the business units
6) No links strategies and budgets.
7) No line of analytical information systems (AIS) to that support strategic management.
8) There is no strategic learning, ie is not that the strategy is continuous learning.
9) The directors run from top to bottom, and do not communicate in a holistic manner to see the organization as a whole.
10) And the worst thing is that there is no directive leadership by the lack of governance of managers regarding the strategic management system that is supported by a culture organizational values.
not just a matter of managing a Balanced Scorecard with indicators for monitoring and control in the financial, customer, internal processes, learning and inducing growth-oriented strategic investments in customers, suppliers, employees, technology and innovation but integrates strategic management with the balanced scorecard in order to give solution to the 10 points mentioned above.
