The Government of Spain seems it has forgotten Transparency Bill and Access to Public Information in August 2010, leaked to El Pais. As public administration closer to its citizens is the city, I propose that we ask the candidates of different parties in each municipality to engage in case you get a rule to ensure access to all municipal public information and implement the maximum transparency in management.
This requirement must share in the pages of social networking games, discussions with candidates who will go and in every possible forum.
